Our past wounds can be stored both mentally and physically inside our bodies, and often these triggers can become a distressful self-fulfilling prophecy. Peggy is determined to change that by providing you with tools to address your patterns honestly, learn awareness and mindfulness, and start living in the present to stop focusing on your past hurt.

Peggy provides methods to increase your confidence, use your energy more productively, prioritize your tasks and avoid getting overwhelmed. At the end of the day, happiness is an inside job, and it is important for you to take responsibility of how you want your life to be, and take ownership of your ability to make choices to make yourself happy.

It doesn’t matter what messages have been instilled in you, trauma ranging from childhood to recent events could be preventing you from living in the present. However, it is never too late to change a belief that isn’t serving you for one that does, and start living the life of your dreams. Peggy is here to show you how to become aware of the beliefs that have been holding you back so you can exchange them for ones that move you forward.

Are you ready to start letting go of the beliefs that aren’t serving you? Let us know in the comments below!
